Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Biz-Bots Missed Call Recovery (the "Service") provided by Biz-Bots. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

For callers

If you call a business that uses the Service and the call is not answered, an automated voice may ask for your name, address, and a description of the work you need. Your message is recorded and sent to that business so it can call you back. You can hang up at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

Business accounts

• You must provide accurate information, including for phone-carrier registration, and keep your login secure.
• You may only use the Service and the information it collects to respond to people who called your business, and not for unsolicited marketing or any unlawful, harassing or deceptive purpose.
• You are responsible for your communications with your customers and for complying with laws that apply to your business, including call-recording and telemarketing laws.

Subscription and billing

The Service is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; service continues to the end of the paid period. When an account is cancelled, its phone number is released and cannot be recovered. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We work to keep the Service running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or that every call or lead will be delivered, since it depends on phone carriers and other providers, and automatic transcription can mishear names, cities and addresses, and notifications may be delayed or blocked by your device or browser settings.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Biz-Bots is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost business or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or carrier rules.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post changes here.
